On Feb. 24, take aim at Ridgefield Playhouse when the musical super group The Hit Men targets some of the great music of past decades. The Hit Men features Gerry Polci, Lee Shapiro, Don Ciccone, Jim Ryan, Russ Velasquez and Larry Gates. Formerly, these heavyweights worked with Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Tommy James and the Shondells, Jim Croce, Barry Manilow and Carly Simon. At Ridgefield Playhouse, they'll fire off classic hits from their pasts during the 60s, 70s and 80s, including, The Shondells’ “Mony, Mony” and “Hanky Panky”, Jim Croce’s “Leroy Brown”, Carly Simon’s “You’re So Vain” and "You Belong To Me", Cat Stevens’ “Climb On The Peace Train” and Barry Manilow’s “Could This Be Magic” and “Copacabana”, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons’ "Sherry", "Big Girls Don't Cry" and "Walk Like A Man" and more. They'll also regale you with amazing behind-the-scenes stories of working with the biggest musical stars on some of their most famous hits. Tickets for the evening are $45.
